Amazing and caring group of people. Starting with Dr. Vongkovit the most loving and caring doctor I have ever met, they you have Kay who makes me smile Everytime I see her. Loydian who I have fell in love with, Temesha who bring me back to earth when I am getting my bone marrow biopsies. Jenn, Sadia and Kelsey all a part of my Kaiser family. After 2 years of treatments, I could not ask for a better time to look after me. Fighting cancer is a battle but this group of people are the GREATEST. Nicole you have a group of ANGELS working on this team

I rate the experience very bad. They made me wait for 45mins (still waiting) even though I had an appointment. I am thinking of getting a new health insurance and ditch KP.

My experience with urgent care at the Capitol Hill Medical Center, coming in with a pressing eye issue on a holiday weekend, was excellent. The doctor (Dr. Yonathan Habtemariam) and staff (Danielle and others) put me at total ease and demonstrated care and expertise in solving my problem. An amazing team! I went in around 6:30AM Saturday morning and emerged a little over two hours later. This seems like an exceptionally busy place so set your expectations accordingly. You could also call KP's nurse hotline for recommendations and to check on wait times at dift area urgent care centers. Given the intense client load here, my sense is that KP could invest more resources in this particular center. But again, kudos and my gratitude to the top-notch, dedicated healthcare team working in urgent care here.

I was nervous and reluctant to get my very first colonoscopy! IHATE being out to sleep so I came into the situation A TOTAL WRECK! From the beginning to the end of the entire process, I was put COMPLETELY at ease and well taken care of!: Alex and Monica ("hey friend") are the real MVP's because if I could tell you how I felt leading up to as opposed to getting prepped and ready...you'd understand! The picture is me after Alex and Monica calmed me down! Once Dr. Bell (anesthesiologist) came in and told me how well she was going to take care of me I WAS READY! Dr. Barnes explained everything clearly and her professionalism was welcome and very serious (bedside manner could be a bit less intense). She's a great doctor ! The recovery nurse was as AMAZING as Monica and Alex and I am SO UPSET that I don't remember her name!!! In my defense I was coming out of my sedation fog! Overall, this was the best experience I could ask for!

I am writing to draw attention to the poor service that Kaiser Permanente has been providing to its members. As a Kaiser member since January 1988, I have observed how the quality of the services have diminished over the years. I understand the Pandemic may have reduced Kaiser's staffing but, they should consider how this endangers their members and staff. This is the beginning of open season and every other commercial on television is from Kaiser trying to recruit new members. But how can they make a call for new members when they are not adequately supporting the ones they currently have. What happened to the Kaiser Motto: We Care, We Advocate, We Give, We Thrive? How can they say they care when they are overworking staff to the point that it damages the relationships between doctors and their patients? How can they say they support their members when they are not providing truthful information to members about services? How can they say they are giving the best service to members when it can take anywhere from two (2) to four (4) months to get an appointment despite members still having to pay for the services we're not receiving? What are members to do in case of emergency? Going to Urgent Care is a short-term fix that only results in being told to "follow up with your doctor"; so, members are right back where we started in trying to get an appointment in the first place. Here are just a few examples of Kaiser's poor business practices that I have observed over the last year:On Kaiser's commercials, they don't mention that there is currently a waiting period of two (2) to four (4) months to get an appointment and that depends on the doctor and procedure for an appointment. Kaiser also does not mention that when members send a message, we may receive a response, or we may not.Kaiser's commercials also don't mention that there is not coverage in some areas, because they are always moving them around. Kaiser is also overwhelming their staff. This is apparent in how doctors are only allotting patients a twenty (20) minute time frame during their visit. How is this enough time for doctors to hear what patients have going on and accurately diagnose the issue in all cases?Kaiser, I ask you this: Are you a company that provides excellent care and services to its members or a company recognized by membership numbers? Do better!

I went to radiology, 5:30 am. White bald headed male receptionist had a attitude, when I said good morning. He didn't greet me. Just ask what I want. Their personnel are not customer friendly. This has happen before..

I give Kaiser, Capitol Hill location a 1-star rating because the doctors aren't interested in getting to the root of a patient's problem. The way the doctors solve your problem is to prescribe additional medication. I have been having an issue for over three months and every time I see a physician, they want to prescribe another medication. I have resolved myself to going on the internet and trying to find out what other kinds of test I can request so I can find out what is wrong with me. If you are over 60 years old and you have Kaiser I suggest when Open Session opens in November, you may want to start investigating another Health Plan that is interested and listens to the patient and specializes in Geriatrics Care. Need to find doctors that will listen and try to determine what's wrong the patient, oppose to writing prescriptions and masking the issues with additional drugs.

Last night we arrived to Kaiser with my 87 year old mother with her urine to drop off at the lab. 8:15 pm urgent care we waited 45 minutes cause no one was working at the lab. I was at URGENT CARE!!! No one was doing lab work the 1 person they had working went to lunch!!! 3;25 discharge time it's time to get the prescribed medication to go home. The pharmacy closed from 3:30 to 4:00 the one person at the pharmacy gone to lunch!!! This was the worse experience in my life with Kaiser. I knew I should've went to Gaithersburg for better service.
