About Perfect Nails 1
Perfect Nails 1 is a neighborhood nail salon known for its convenience and friendly atmosphere. While customers report mixed experiences, many appreciate the warm and flexible staff. They especially enjoy services like massages, which can be tailored to individual preferences and are offered at reasonable prices. Some reviewers praise the quick pedicures and gel polish removal, highlighting the salon's cleanliness and efficient service. However, there are mentions of inconsistencies in nail work, including uneven filing and acrylic residue. Customers have raised concerns about pricing, with some feeling overcharged for certain services. Despite these issues, the salon has a loyal following, with many customers valuing the high-quality work that protects their natural nails. There can be a wait for walk-ins during peak times, reflecting the salon's popularity. While a desire for more consistent service quality, customer care, and transparent pricing remains, Perfect Nails 1 continues to be a trusted choice for many in the community.
I had a WONderful massage at Perfect Nails. Staff were so warm, friendly, and flexible when I requested a brief massage only rather than with a pedicure. The foot and leg massage itself was lovely and at a pretty reasonable price. They were kind enough to turn on the massage machine for my head and extend the massage by 2 minutes for free when I fell asleep and looked relaxed generally. Would recommend!
I’ve been coming here for a little over four months now, and they’ve haven't disappointed. I create my own styles, and they nail it every time. It’s a small space, but always clean. I do wish they offered ice water during these hot days, but aside from that, I’d definitely recommend them.
The only nail salon in Brookland I trust. I’ve been a customer for several years, and I’m always treated well, charged fairly, and happy with the results. Every technician does a high-quality job while protecting my natural nails. Acrylics never break and gel polish still looks great after three weeks of wear/growth. There’s a wait for walk-ins during peak times, but that’s a testament to customer loyalty. I don’t get a mani/pedi when I travel anymore because nothing beats the consistent quality for the price at my home salon. When I eventually need flawless engagement and wedding nails, you’ll know where to find me.
