The lady who runs this place is SUPER-nice and does a great job on alterations and shirts. But...not always 100% reliable on when you can pick alterations up. It can be kind of exasperating. I still use her but I give myself PLENTY of lead time if it's time sensitive.
This place is incredibly reliable. It is run by an (Asian) woman who is one of the most honest and thoughtful small business owners we've used. We've used this place over a year, and we've always received our items in great condition, on time, at a reasonable price, and with great service. Penn Cleaners has proven itself to be the most reliably dry cleaner I have ever used. Alterations are incredibly affordable and quick. I had several suits, pants, and shirts taken in for cheaper than I have paid anywhere for this kind of work. The alterations are usually done within a few days--incredible turnaround time.Their dry cleaning and laundry services are fantastic as well. Affordable, they've never lost a sock of mine, and they always press my shirts to a T. 10/10 Strongly recommend.
