This was the 1st and only time I got my hair braided and wasn't satisfied after 8 days my braids are sliding out I return to speak to the owner Outley and she said they can fix it but I would have to pay Um I don't think so mam I will never return to this shop, I definitely wouldn't recommend it either??????

Emma did my hair in knotlessbraids and it was top tier! She was polite, professional and very attentive! Last but not least she was very FAST! No one else can do my hair. Thanks Emma!Service: Braids

I have three stars bc the owner is a sweet lady I have been a customer for 3 years now. If you go hear I suggest you don’t sit in Mary Claire seat. I have a bald spot on the front of my hair bc she had an attitude bc she wanted to do my hair how she wanted to do it instead of what I asked for. I showed her a picture she said she could do and payed $240. So I called the owner. She was told to fix it so she did. However she attatched big braids to small stands on my hair in the front I guess as revenge for calling her boss on her. I took the braid out but my hair came out with it smh.
