Kate / Nurturing Spirit Acupuncture is incredible. I have been going to for the last 7+ years and every time, I look forward to the appointment. Kate not only is a joy to be in the same room with, but also so knowledgeable and strives to learn further practices and techniques to incorporate in her practice. She can explain what is happening with the needles as they do the work in your body and describes how it's all connected. She provides a safe, comfortable space for processing - whether it be a physical or emotional reason for your visit. Kate is phenomenal! I was somewhat skeptic about acupuncture but I was so tired of catching a cold every month. After going to see Kate for a month or so, I didn't get a cold again for the nearly a year! I went back a couple years later for stress and was so happy I did. Definitely recommend!
I have been a client of Kate's for several years. I prefer to go to her rather than a conventional doctor as she is able to treat many things with less time, effort, and frustration and with no side effects. She treated chronic weakness and pain in my legs that had been a serious disability for me for a long time. I'd seen some specialists who did different tests and really couldn't help me. If you have been through this you know how demoralizing it can be.
