I’ve been seeing Kate for over 20 years, and working with her has truly been life-changing. She’s calm, personable, and easy to open up to. She listens intently and really meets you where you are. I originally came in for anxiety, stress, and some major changes in life, and she’s always made my situation/ailment feel more manageable.

Kate not only is a joy to be in the same room with, but also so knowledgeable and strives to learn further practices and techniques to incorporate in her practice.
