I have used NE IronWorks for 4 jobs over the years. Dan provides great customer service and is really friendly. He understood every job description of mine, and his crew delivered superb workmanship. I found him 12 years ago by wanting to hire a local company near Capital Hill East. He responded quickly to me when my insurance company requireed that I have a handrail down the front yard's stairs. I called him a year later to install an upside down U in my backyard to lock up my Honda gas scooter. As the years progressed, I had him design the railings on my front porch, and he retrofitted my wooden fence with iron bars on the inside of the back yard. I've recommended... read full review

I can't speak to the quality of work but the customer service wasn't the best. I called multiple times over a three week period for railing measurements. Every time I called I was told the estimator will contact me to schedule an appointment. I never received a call from the estimator.

Gave me an affordable price on a small 1-hour job and still did a great job on it. would go back again with the next project.
