Such a wonderful company and service! We're first time pet owners and were very nervous about making sure our new puppy got the right amount of attention and care while we're away at work -- Metro Mutts has done an absolutely outstanding job. Upon hiring Metro Mutts, they came over for a first-time consultation to meet our pup, get familiar with our apartment, and go over all the details. Our dog has the same walker every day, so the walker really gets to know her and vice versa, and if our walker is sick or unavailable, Metro Mutts lets us know that there will be a replacement. Their team is incredibly dedicated and skilled, totally professional, and their services are really flexible. They offer additional services (like early morning, happy hour, and weekends) and have a really easy-to-use website and app. Not to mention, we love the fact that we're supporting a locally owned business. Definitely use Metro Mutts -- they're the best!

Seriously amazing. We have someone come to our apartment to let our pup out twice a day. Melanie is SO GREAT! She always leaves notes and pictures of our puppy making me not feel so bad about leaving her. The website is easy to use and they are super responsive. Thank you for helping out our pup!

Very sad the SE location closed as that was the location closer to my home. I have visited the H Street location though, and although small, they pack in a lot of products! My main review is to update that I still love the cat sitting service offered through Metro Mutts. It's super easy to schedule in advance online. And the best part is the online pet journals are emailed to you as soon as they're created. The sitters include what was done on the visits (fed, changed litter, picked up mail, etc), how long they stayed, and writes a personal note about how the visit went. And sometimes they'll upload a photo too! Such piece of mind for nervous pet parents! My past vacation I had a flight cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. I called Metro Mutts asked for a last minute cat sit and they were on it no problem and with only a very minimal fee (seriously, just a couple extra bucks). I've been using them for over 4 years now and they've always been wonderful--highly recommended!
