I got a quick and simple haircut here as a walk-in and loved it! I opted not to wash my hair, but the stylist did spray water, blow dry, finish with hair lotion and oil, etc. There was a bit of a language barrier as I don't speak Spanish - we made it work though. Paid $55 which is a little pricey for me, but I think not bad at all for DC. Overall, would recommend!

I loved my cut with Marta! And her wash was so relaxing and a good head massage. I already referred her to my daughter.
Requested style: I asked for softer layers around my face and the result was perfect!
Stylist: Marta and she is wonderful. So talented and gave me exactly the cut and style I wanted

In my experience Melissa is one of the best hairdressers I've ever had cut and color my hair. I'm impressed by her work and her ability to really listen to what I want my hair to look like. Honestly, I had a 5 star experience!

I have been attending this beauty salon for 6 years and exclusively with Yanira, she is my stylist for more than 17 years and I have never had a similar experience, she is very professional in her work and treats all her clientele equally. I have always said that I admire her work and that I should do more of her, however she says that in that place her boss has given her the support and understanding that she has not received in other places.

I went, on the recommendation of a friend, to Melissa Salon, the work of “Yanira” was excellent but it was disturbing, a lady named Norma or Flaca mentioned to her; Yanira talking about topics and using inappropriate words and it seemed like a lack of respect,,, and professionalism,, it was uncomfortable,, then I came back the second time,,,,,, and I was happy and relaxed doing my hair and suddenly the Same normal or skinny woman and,,, my joy and tranquility was gone,,,, and it was the last straw to see what samples '''' I was expecting for my hair process, I brought beer to Yanira '''' who was working on me My hair is real, it was real!! Impressive,,,,, and I felt uncomfortable how in the workplace these things are allowed ''''' and the owners take note, the beauty salon'' is supposed to serve clients, not a place to visit friends or friends, much less a bar and liquor store,,,,,, it was fatal, unfortunately I liked my job but not the atmosphere '''and I don't think I will return again, unfortunately, owners address this issue please? The chubby girl with short color hair should not work as a barber. She does not know how to cut hair. I am disappointed my hair does not look good. Don't come to this place.

I think I have been a customer here for more than 3 years and Melky has always served me... Super good service and nothing to complain about. In the new place I felt super better and happy for their growth in this business. As long as I live here I will always go here with him. 100% recommended for Latinos, Americans and everyone is welcome. They speak English and Spanish. Very good prices and excellent staff.
