My experience at this particular Med Star site was pleasant, I had no issues and the staff was very efficient.
I came in for an issue with my leg and was carted off by ambulance to the ER due to shortness of breath. Ms Alyce McKenzie was phenomenal! She recognized a serious issue and didn’t waste a moment to make sure I received the treatment I needed. Even when I was being a little hesitant about the ambulance, she made sure I understood the necessity of it. Because of her expeditious thinking, I am home resting and ever so thankful that she was the angel I needed that morning. Bless you my dear! I wish all my visits could be as efficient. You are truly one of a kind! I’m so thankful.
