Mbi Urgent Care

I’ve been here 3 times. Every time I come staff are in & doctors are there with great respect and compassion and they have the best care in this area. But somehow every time I’m supposed to get a call to know if I’ve been diagnosed with anything they never call me I have to call & every time I call my results are never in & I still have to wait another 3-5 business days after being told they were going to call in 2 days to let me know.

Last night, because of my 16‑year‑old, I had to visit MBI Urgent Care on Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue—and it turned out to be one of the most surprising experiences of my life. As a longtime resident of Wards 7 & 8, I’ve often felt our community lacked hope. That changed during this visit when I met Isaiah Hawkins at the front desk.

The level of care and concern he showed for my child’s wellbeing was something I’ve rarely, if ever, seen in these wards. My visit lasted about 45 minutes, and throughout that time Mr. Hawkins kept me constantly informed. My first time there over this weekend all staff treated me with respect no problem at all time. I will recommend anyone to go there an they had me in/out I appreciate all staff members
