I suffered from a torn meniscus which was not bad enough for surgery. Trupti helped me heal and get back to running, something I didn't think would be possible!
I picked Trupti because of her deep expertise with this injury and her expertise in helping runners become active again. She is extremely detail oriented and spots even the smallest issues in your body, which allows her to design a very tailored program to recovery. Trupti's plan included exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and physical coaching. I was able to go pain free and then back to running in a few months which was very fast.
I highly recommend her!
Before meeting Trupti, I dealt with back pain for about three years. I had tried physical therapy at a clinic where therapists managed multiple clients at once, and I didn’t feel I was receiving the attention I needed. I started seeing Trupti because of persistent calf, back, and hip flexor issues that were significantly limiting daily life. I was struggling with regular walks to and from work and found I couldn't enjoy longer hikes around the city without pain.
What I appreciated most was how carefully she built up my core strength to avoid further injury. She was incredibly adaptive—when I experienced a setback with neck pain early on, she shifted gears immediately to address it without stalling my overall progress. Through a combination of manual massage, dry needling, and progressive strengthening routines, she has helped me establish a much stronger foundation for continuing...read full review
