I gave a less than a positive review in February 2024 due, apparently, to difficulties encountered in establishing communications with Anthony, not because of any problems with his work. Since that time, lines of communication have been established and he is now under contract to perform a challenging project for our church. We'll see how that goes, but I am encouraged by his confidence and enthusiasm. So, ignore my 1 Star rating of February and increase it to 4 Stars for "So far, so good" with a possible 5 Stars and a glowing review possible in 2 months if all goes well.

Lozado Contracting did an excellent job refinishing the basement in my dad’s home. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. They transformed the basement into a beautiful, functional and livable space.

I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so. He worked diligently with me to help us accomplish what we needed to within the most reasonable budget but with very high attention to quality and detail.
