This business was a God sent to me. I initially called Mr. Lee to get information on an establishment that sold New/Use Appliances since I thought my refrigerator was beyond repair hence the extremely loud noise and lack of cool air in the refrigerator area. Once I mentioned my refrigerator was less than ten years old and described the loud sound that it was making he offered to take a look at it within an hour and had it working in less than thirty minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. Our gas oven did not need any repair, it just had to burn off some foreign material fouling the flame sensor. Our technician talked us through the issue and informed us how to deal with the problem ourselves, if it comes up again.

Mr. Lee explained that the motor in my dryer was shot! He not only checked the dryer unit, he went outside to make sure that the vent was in good working condition. I greatly appreciate his honesty in letting me know that it would serve me best to replace the unit.
