Angel was friendly, thorough and fast. I loved how she attended to my cuticles while filling my gel!

I always get my nails done by Angel she is the best with customer service. She is very sweet and funny. She also knows what she is doing with your nails 🩷🩷🩷

I live in the area so I go here every month. I usually get different shapes and simple colors - and my go to is Angel and she wasn’t here today. Fortunately, everyone in this nail salon is pretty good. Mary did my nails (the one in this picture) and killed it!!!! I gave her an inspo pic and she helped me choose the colors and design, super helpful since I’m so indecisive. So good highly recommend! Also pretty quick and the price isn’t too bad!

I recently visited Kibana Nail Bar & Beauty Lounge for a manicure and pedicure service, and unfortunately my experience did not meet the expectations I had based on the salon’s reputation.

While the staff was polite, the overall quality of the service reflected a noticeable lack of attention to detail. Several aspects of the manicure and pedicure appeared rushed and incomplete. The nail shaping was uneven, the polish application was inconsistent, and some areas around the cuticles were left untidy. These details significantly affect the final result and overall presentation.

Additionally, the nail technician’s level of skill did not reflect the level of competence I would expect from a professional nail service. The techniques used seemed imprecise, and I had to point out multiple issues during the appointment. Even after addressing them, the final result still fell short of professional standards.

I believe that with more attention to detail and additional training or quality control, the experience could be improved for future clients. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that the salon can maintain the level of service that customers expect when visiting.

I love my nails, the customer service is great here, and their work is neat and comes out looking nice every time! Definitely recommend.

I had to share my fantastic experience at Kibana Nail Salon! It has quickly become my go-to for a self-care day. The entire spa has such an open, spacious, and welcoming atmosphere, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind while getting your nails done. The staff at Kibana are all so friendly, skilled, and professional. My manicure and pedicure always turn out perfect. The attention to detail is excellent, and the salon is clean. Highly recommend Kibana Nail Bar.

For the location and price it met my needs for a basic pedicure. I made an online appt., when I arrived, I was greeted and sat immediately. For a mid-day the salon was pretty empty with one customer receiving nail service. The technician was efficient, attentive and gentle. There were plenty of color options available for both basic and gel requests. There is a fee attached to service paid by card vs. cash, which thankfully I had available-though a rarity. I'd go back for my monthly pedicure.

I’m fed up. Tired of forgotten appointments and crap polish jobs when I don’t get gel. Find somewhere else to go! Not worth the stress

I usually go to Angel for my nails but she was not there today so another tech did my new set. I showed an inspo pic and asked if she could do it and said she said yes. The actual acrylic set was very sloppy and shape uneven. I tried to show her there was still glue or product on my fingers and she said it’s not glue just wash my hands. I’m not a confrontational person and really don’t have the time to argue with techs about the quality of their work when all they say is that’s how it supposed to be or get attitudes cause they have to re do the job.
