Akiko is hands down THE BEST! ??She’s very chatty, friendly, and has very good fashion sense and energetic vibe. I went there for a big transformation from long hair to short and was very worried about the result, but she was so encouraging and supportive, and of course, she did her job beautifully and immediately made me look a lot cooler than before.The best.

My place for haircuts in DC. I go every few months for a trim. Akiko is great at giving low maintenance cuts that flatters my hair texture. I also appreciate that she doesn’t do any of the crazy blow outs after that completely cover up how the actual hair will look on a daily basis.Her dog is also really cute and chill.Service: Haircut

I normally don't write reviews but I had to after visiting! I was in desperate need of a hair cut because my hair was extremely dry with many split ends. I am very particular so I wanted to find an asian salon because they know asian hair and styles best. I messaged her and she was able to fit me in which I was grateful for. Though I was not used to paying so much for a hair cut ($110) as this was my first time getting my hair done in DC, I was super happy with the result and my experience. The owner was extremely nice and pleasant and her dogs were adorable. My hair now looks healthy and she was very receptive to the exact style and way I wanted my hair cut.
