Very rude. I came in looking for a letter ring and the man was very rude. Henry’s Jewelers next door is much more professional. I was looking for a more vintage style ring and the gentleman with the rotten teeth at the bottom tried to make fun of me. I left and decided that I would continue doing business next door.

I think this place needs to improve their customer service and I feel the staff are prejudice towards black people because they are not welcoming, very rude, and the energy is off!! The oriental woman who speaks Spanish seems to only like certain customers. There is no issue with that, but treat people equally. We Caribbean Panamanians love our gold so we don't mind paying money!! However we will not patronize this place again if they cannot treat us fairly and without their subtle racism.

Was in need of watch repair and tried to go into this establishment only to meet a locked door (during business hours). The employee approached the door and said "What do you want?!" I was taken aback by the sheer rudeness and audacity. If you're anti-community, don't operate in the community. 0/10 would recommend.
