I have a couple of doctors with the FPP and am very happy with them. However the phone system leaves much to be desired. If the physician’s office does not answer the call it rolls over to operators to take a message. I’ve gotten this two or three times and each time I’ve been treated to background discussions when they picked up the call but apparently did not realize someone was on the line. I had a similar experience a couple of months ago. This time I needed to speak with my doctor’s office regarding information needed by a medical supplier, but when I said I needed to contact the department and it was time sensitive the operator answered as if she was speaking...read full review

They lie about whether they take your insurance, there is no communication between departments, their billing people never pick up the phone or call you back, their medical records folks rarely pick up the phone or call you back, the doctors fail to sign off on paperwork to get records sent out even after REPEATED request by phone and email over the course of MONTHS and they wait 6 months to actually send out medical bills. The least professional institution I have ever encountered and I’m counting Chuck E. Cheese on that list

STAY AWAY. They never called to inform me they moved my appointment to a different location. Then they gave me the WRONG address for the new location. Front desk staff would hang up on me when calling to get new address. Please save yourself and go somewhere else.
