My wife ordered a chair after we met with Paul at this location. He is pure salesman - super friendly when he wants you to buy and then he was rude to my wife over the phone when she had a follow up question. We ordered this office chair in early Nov. 2022... and it's now mid Dec and still has not arrived. Company has not responded to email requests for tracking info. The products seem to be good - but there is no reason to buy direct from this shop because it appears there is no benefit.

Please don’t go here looking for chairs. Not a very friendly place. Not sure why it takes 10 minutes to tell us it is only for business and not individual people, as I was told . Not a showroom as stated in their website. But, only for individual.

Herman Miller is what you want for a computer chair. I've always wondered what the big deal was on ergonomic chairs - I thought anyone could just get a generic one on sale at office stores; however, Herman Miller chairs are what you want to invest in. We purchased the Aeron chair, which is part of the Museum of Modern Art's permanent collection. It's 94% recyclable, it accommodates both the sitter and the environment, it adapts naturally to every type of body, and it is easy on the eyes as well! The chair itself has PostureFit, which makes sitting in the chair so unbelievable comfortable - it allows your spine to stay align and avoid any type of back pain. There are no 'seat cushions' - the chair uses Pellicle, which is a specially woven material that conforms to your body and also keeps it cool at the same time - how neat is that?! Adjusting the seat height, the tilt tension, the arm height and angle, and using the lumbar (to adjust to your back comfort) is easy. I love this chair, and even though it is on the pricier side, it is something that will last - if you purchase your chair from an authorized deal, the chair is also covered under warranty - and, that means everything (electrical components, casters, pneumatic cylinders, tilts, and/or all moving mechanisms).
