Hair Cafe by Ishia is by far one of the preeminent salons in the greater Washington, DC area. Ishia listens to her clients' wants, while also educating them on their needs. Never one to lose sight on the clients' intended outcome, reminds all of us why she is at the top of her field. Ishia is not just an excellent stylist, she is also an educator in this field. A client for over two decades (most of her clients are lifers), I've run the gamut on styles, ranging from a 1-inch cut to a 30-inch weave, I have no intention of going elsewhere for my hair care needs.
