A little pricey for the service they provided but despite being an unassuming place. I can honestly say they do a pretty good job a lot of availability which was great for me because I was in a rush to get my hair cut before my internship started.

Had a hair wash and hair cut with Julie, it was exactly what I wanted ( and my hair are thin and not easy to work with to create volume and a perfect shape). $55 for the wash&cut ( plus tip). Julie did great job, I will definitely be back. It is a simple, no frills place , conveniently located on H Street NE ( an easy walk from the Union Station metro or rail/bus). Easy to make an appointment, even in the same day, they also take walk ins. Definitely add a hair wash if you come in for a cut. For an extra $5 you get a great head massage!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Tina for more than ten years. I’ve never had a stylist listen more carefully or perform as consistently. Sadly, I’ll be moving out of town and am dreading finding a new stylist.
