For the 30 minutes I spent inside GW Colonial Health Center I felt like I had entered an alternate dimension where everyone was just a tad bit meaner to one another. I felt very unwelcome by the staff. Easily the worst experience I’ve had with a campus health center.

I am being charged money by the CHC for a TB test I did not receive. I tried emailing them about the situation and instead of helping me out, they just said I did receive the TB test through them. (Just to be clear, I definitely did... not ...get it through them)Additionally, when you hit try to call them and you select the "Billing" option, all it says is "Goodbye" and it hangs up on you.What options do I have to resolve stuff when the email just tells me I'm wrong and the billing phone numbers don't work?

Went to CHC for severe sore throat, got a negative strep flu and COVID, and the doctor not only told me that it was "only 48 hours" and too soon to come in for it, but left me without any further treatment. Over the next days it got worse to the point I couldn't stand or speak, but god forbid you have a health concern on a weekend. Saturday only 10-2 and all appointments booked out. Ended up in urgent care with sinusitis that migrated to my eyes, but CHC drs did not take me seriously at all. Go to minute clinic or urgent care if you can possibly help it. This is the second time something like this has happened to me at CHC. If they can't figure it out, they send you home...read full review
