I waited a few days to write my review because I wanted to give an honest response about my experience. I received a silk press from Janice last Friday and my hair still looks as if I just got it done. I've been outside in the humidity and light sprinkles and my silk press has held up. Another added bonus of Grace Filled Hands are washing services. My shampooing and conditioning was not rush and they washed my hair and scalp thoroughly. I'm looking forward to returning weekly because of my experiences and the customer service I received at the shop. The shop is SUPER clean, neat, and your appointments start ON TIME.
This is my daughter’s second time coming here and both times have been a great experience! The shop is beautiful, customer service is wonderful and Janice is the sweetest! The best in DC💕
