I've worked with John for the past three years on our tax returns and have nothing but good things to say. I try to get him our information on the early side and he can usually turn around our return in a week or two. Our return is fairly simple, but he always takes the time to go over and explain things thoroughly, even answering questions throughout the year on tax-related issues at no extra charge. One year we filed late and had to deal with late fees and the IRS losing our return, and he walked us through every scary letter we received with patience. Highly recommend

A few years ago, I was unsatisfied with another well known tax firm and came to The Original Tax Center. There I received excellent service and the suggestion that I bring the previous year's tax information in for him to review. Mr. Bacas found considerably more in deductions and sent in an adjusted tax statement for me adding about $800 more in tax refunds. I have been going to them since and am exceedingly pleased with their service and professionalism.
