PLEASE STOP GOING HERE OR DO NOT GO HERE. She made a huge rookie error on our tax return. When we noticed we asked her to send the amendments for both state and federal taxes. She failed to send the federal one and failed to be responsible enough to tell us. Now we are struggling to reach her. Please save yourself the trouble of her making an error and not being responsible enough to even help or just be honest. Just trust me stop going here!!!!!!!! Sadly I can’t give no stars cause that’s what she deserves.

They take forever. They ask you to make an appointment, but don't honor your time and accept walk-ins before you. You're waiting such a long time in the waiting area and the poor receptionist is running around trying to keep people patient because the tax preparer is taking forever. This was my experience: dropped off my documents so she could get started on my paperwork. I called 2 weeks later to see if they're ready for me to come in and sign. Another receptionist tells me I can come in so having my appointment now, I go in and I'm the 2nd person there. More people start showing up and they are all attended before me.
