I just moved to the DC area, so I needed a new salon to go to. A friend recommended Aveda Georgetown to me and I am so glad she did! I went to Salome for a haircut today and I am very happy with how it turned out. She was also extremely sweet! I look forward to coming back again in the future.
I have natural hair, recently had a painful time taking out 2-strand twists, so I wanted to get a wash and go. I got the botanical repair treatment. Sam (who was trained at the Aveda Salon School but is not one of the naturalists) did a fantastic job with a finger coil, saving the day after I requested a wash and go and the team did not know what that was. I loved the treatment I got but it left my natural curls completely gone. The finger coil did the trick. Very grateful for the on-the-fly work from Sam!
I saw Sabella for balayage and a haircut. Sabella was so kind, very thorough, attentive, and made sure we got to the color I desired! I really loved my experience and would highly recommend booking with her! Such a sweet girl!
