My brother passed away suddenly, and I had no idea who to call. I looked on Google and saw all of the positive reviews for Genesis Funeral Home, which was also nearby. I took a chance and called Genesis, and I'm so glad that I did! Francine Bryant had to negotiate eight weeks of delays with the necessary paperwork. She took care of it calmly and with the utmost professionalism. I was out of state and couldn't help at all, just had to trust that it would be resolved.
