I have not used fry but from the reviews they are a great HVAC company and that is a hard thing to find in the DMV I will be calling you guys for all my hvac needs. I am a landlord do you guys have maintenance plans available?
William is an excellent technician and incredibly friendly. Very thorough and got the job done. Good at explaining to me what the issues were and what they did. William and Casey are a great team. Fry Plumbing is very reliable and make themselves available when you need them. I highly recommend them.
The people at Fry Plumbing were absolutely amazing. Specifically the owner, Chase. After desperately calling HVAC companies in the DC area to remove a malfunctioning unit from an unlicensed technician. Chase was the only one that actually took the time to hear me out, sympathize with my situation and get the job done as quick as possible. He also personally gave me his phone number to ask any questions throughout the whole process. Seriously some of the best people Ive worked with.
