We completed a full house renovation with Four Brothers in 2025 after a fire had forced us out in early 2024. Four Brothers was EXCEPTIONAL. Their expertise, honesty, efficiency, and designs were outstanding. This was the third major building project we have done on our house, and it was by far the best experience (which is saying a lot especially since it was a complete gut and therefore at least 75% more work than any previous project.) We worked with Four Brothers Design and Built for our recent home renovation in Georgetown and had a genuinely great experience. From day one, the team was organized, responsive, and extremely professional. The project management stood out—every step was coordinated well between all parties, communication was consistent, and we always knew what was happening and what was coming next. Our experience with Four Brothers was wonderful from start to finish. We renovated our kitchen and converted a living room to a library with built ins. Our design process with Sondra was great and she has a great eye for layouts and how to make a room work. I also appreciated there wasn’t a constant upsell during the initial quote process unlike other design firms I got quotes from. The actual renovation also went really well - their lead carpenter Kyre was very skilled and excellent at his craft. Everything stayed on time with no major delays.
