I have been visiting this location for the past few years and I find it to be of top notch customer services. Very little wait time and has excellent product. Location is ran like a smooth oil machine. Thumbs up to the management and the team at this location.
Nice staff, super respectful, courteous and happy. This is my third time doing my eyes checkup with them and I would recommend them anytime.
They were very good and have a wide selection of eye glasses. My optometrist is thorough taking care of my vision needs. The staff is also very responsive on the phone and in person. Alex at G street DC location handled all my change in insurance coverage and was so nice to recommend another store Fender Mender for me to have eyeglass repaired that they could not do. Very nice location near the metro and Whit House.
