When we did the extensions, Penny was super practiced and clearly knew how to work with my eye shape. I was already satisfied halfway through, but she has such high standards for herself and kept tweaking until it was absolutely perfect. The whole time I felt so reassured. The studio itself is adorable--clean, cozy, and peaceful--and the staff are all so friendly! Since I'm just visiting DC, they even gave me tips on fun spots to check out. If you're in the area, this place is an absolute gem!“
