I will never go to this place again, I try to support black business and they are the true definition of what makes it hard. The staff is RUDE, the eyewear is cheap. They gave me frames other than what I asked for, then was determined that they matched my order, I showed the rude woman what I asked for and she got even more rude, so I just kept what they gave me, now I have to get yet another pair from some place else.

This place is a fraud. The glasses are very cheap, they make you pay for simple stuff like wipes and spray for your glasses. The kids glasses be cheap and they going to break the next day. They don’t offer service to help fix, or prevent damages to the glasses. And the list goes on. The inside of the place is also outdated so there is bare bit of a pleasant welcome when you walk in that door. The whole scene just gives poor.

The customer service is horrible, they move around with NO ENTHUSIASM and the free they have there are despicable. They may be good for a starter pair of glasses if needed but I'd rather go elsewhere for a starter pair.
