Energy Efficiency Experts was very responsive and easy to work with, and both Pascale Maslin and Nick Chang took time to listen to my concerns about comfort and high energy bills. Energy Efficiency Experts (E3?) were great, easy to work with, demonstrated excellent communication, and provided an incredibly useful and informative report of our home for what I believe is the best price in the city for energy audits. Their website is easy to use and schedule the site visit (and easy to re-schedule, which I had to do twice because of things popping up on my end; E3 was gracious and understanding throughout). They were quick, professional and friendly when onsite, and clearly know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

We were impressed from the very first visit. The audit was comprehensive, and the team took time to explain every finding. When the crew came to do the work, they were punctual, professional, and left our home in pristine condition. The difference in comfort is night and day.
