Always a treat to go here as the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It's a luxury spa experience with a down to earth feel with the staff at LuuLuu. Owner Kathy Luu comes in regularly to check on guests. Staff prioritize taking their time on your services. They listen to what you want and are keen on perfection. My toes and feet always look great! This Spa and Salon is always worth the trip into the city. 10/10

Kathy, the owner, is one of those rare people who instantly puts you at ease. She is kind, generous, thoughtful, and truly attentive to every detail. Her life-story is also impressive and inspiring and certainly contributes to the care and attention she provides and the uniqueness of the place.
I received my haircut in the new grooming salon, an elegant, state-of-the-art space with a a refined aesthetic for classy and modern gentlemen (and I've got so many compliments on my hair :)).

Best mani/pedi of my life! The nail technician Happy took such care with my nails. She was utterly focused and took time to get every detail perfect. I’ve never been so delighted with a manicure!
