Penny and Dupont Lash & Brow Bar absolutely deserves the spotlight! She's incredibly kind, attentive, and truly a master of her craft. I barely had to say a word--Penny took a look at my eyes and immediately pinpointed all the issues I've struggled with for years (like how my lashes in the front get hidden because of my eyelids). Honestly I was shocked, as it took her seconds to notice things other places never pick up on unless I explicitly tell them. She walked me through a few options and suggested starting with a lash lift since it's more affordable and better for my everyday look. WOW. I just finished up with a brow shaping / waxing with Penny. This visit was my first and it was everything I hoped for and more. First, I was greeted in such a kind way and the space is lovely. Penny took the time to map out a shape for my eyebrows, describe her process and my face shape, and regularly check in with my during the process. I LOVE MY EYEBROWS RIGHT NOW. I made a scheduling error and actually scheduled my appointment for a week out. Penny was gracious enough to squeeze me in, which I really appreciate it. she was fast, professional and my brows look great
