Tracie took care of me and made my day with the blowout experience. She was kind and thoughtful throughout, explaining why she was doing what she was doing, setting expectations before the cold rinse and detangling, and paying attention to detail in a way that’s really rare. She was also so aware of everything happening, proactively greeting everyone who came in and making sure that everyone was taken care of while styling my hair. I assumed she was the manager, although her service was above and beyond what I’ve seen across dozens of appointments over the last decade with drybar. Promote her! You’re lucky to have her.

CJ was exceptional! During a time when customer service is dead….he revived what customer service should be. He was kind, offered suggestions for my hair and made sure I was ok throughout my service. Thank you CJ for being a class act!
