Dinara is a very knowledgeable acupuncturist that can very effectively treat pretty much any condition. The cleanliness at her office is fantastic and I always felt very safe in terms of Covid. I must admit I was skeptical before having acupuncture. I wondered if it could provide relief for my chronic migraines ... but the fact is it unequivocally it worked for me. Additionally, when I went in for my first treatment I was also dealing with stress and insomnia as a result of a recent trauma associate with racial profiling.I was referred to Dinara after several colleagues recommended her after seeing how debilitating my migraines were becoming.
