Couvrant has been wonderful to work with! We had house wide drapes/shades installed in 2024. Recently one of the curtain rods was starting pull out and couvrant was quick to respond and come out to remedy the situation. Would 100% recommend.
Fantastic to work with from start to finish. The whole team was extremely polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative. I am very happy with the end result; the shades are high quality, easy to open and close and my home looks and feels amazing!
Excellent Customer service. I was not happy with a bathroom window treatment. Couvrant immediately sent me a sample for a replacement window treatment. The new window treatment is fabulous and there was no additional charge. I highly recommend using Couvrant for your window treatment needs.
