Wow! What amazing service I received today. Patricia was extremely compassionate. I was rushing trying to find a nice bouquet to purchase for my friends. She was patient, creative, and timely. I am SO pleased with how my request was approached with such consideration and understanding. My bouquets are gorgeous!
I ordered the "Lavender Reflections Spray - Standard" off of the website for a funeral. It was beautiful, looked like the picture, and it was delivered on time. I would love to include a pic with this review, but it would have been so inappropriate to take one.
There was a problem with delivery, but even after I canceled the order and they said they would refund my credit card, they delivered the arrangement anyway to make up for the problem.
