I started going to this practice in DC when my former PCP stopped participating with my insurance plan. The office is nothing fancy but she was close by, caring and competent. Recently I reached out to the office with some concerns I had about rising BP numbers, but despite leaving detailed messages between the front desk, voicemail and email over several days, I never received a return call, and in some instances no one even bothered to answer the phone. Thankfully I have a new plan which my prior PCP accepts, and I have returned to her. I liked Dr. M. but this lack of professionalism is astounding. This is the worst doctors office ever I will not be returning! Please don’t go here they never answer the phone never send you papers and try to send you to greenbelt when your doctors office is on Georgia ave Nw
