I've been going to Chelsea Cleaners for years for both my dry cleaning and alterations! They've been able to get even the worst of champagne stains out of brides maids dresses and have helped me in a pinch repeatedly with alterations!

I have used this for dry cleaning workwear and knitwear. I’ve always had good experiences with the staff and the turnaround time for the cleaning. Pricing feels a bit on the high side but have never had any issues or damage to my pieces.

They're really nice and the location is great if you live in Navy Yard. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I got some clothes over the weekend and noticed some new stains that were not previously there and my wife needed some pants tailored a few months ago and one of the two legs is now longer than the other. This is just reflective of our last two visits too, I could go on...
EDIT: Updating my review. They called me yesterday and offered to take care of all the issues, really appreciate the great customer service!
