Obviously the customer service at Blue Mercury has deteriorated. I went to Blue Mercury on a Sunday at 3:00pm and the store was closed. Evidently they have to close the store when the clerks want to have breaks and evidently, even tho the store opens at 12noon on Sunday, the clerks wanted to have lunch at 3:00pm so the store was closed during this time. I waited for over 30 minutes and when they opened the store they were sulking and so self-involved it was clear that they didn't care at all how they treated me.
