Rachel Kershaw charged my credit card illegally and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I have never met a stylist who charges a client for a service never received. Her instagram @bewareoftheslay should be called beware of hidden undisclosed fees.Service: Hairstyling

If you have respect for your time, I suggest you skip this place. I made appointment 2 separate times with the hair stylist Tinq. I waited 20 minutes and left the first time. I gave her a second chance and the very next time she was late again, I waited 40 minute and left. When she called me back she basically said it’s not her fault if traffic us that bad. I felt she was unprofessional and I will never go there again.

The owner and staff makes you feel very comfortable and they're very professional. Tinq has been doing my hair for over 10 years and Davida was doing my lashes for the last 5 years...wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Unprofessional ! doesn't answer calls or text within a timely fashion and when I say timely I'm talking weeks!! I paid for a custom bang wig only for it not to last a week. Spoke with Tinq and dropped the wig off no word on the status of my wig and its been over a month The day of my appointment I waited almost 2 hours for her to arrive only for her to take a client before me although they arrived after me! I was told the wig took a week it took longer than a week to be completed and when I arrived the day of my appointment it still wasn't finished her assistant completed the wig while I waited almost 2 hours for her to arrive. Never again $532 down the drain my suggestion if you want a wig made provide your own hair

Got a custom wig install with Tinq Rich last month. At least that was the plan. I made an appointment for a consult to work out the details. I was there for a hour and let Tinq know exactly what I wanted, including the colors I wanted in my custom made wig. In fact she was excited about the coloring process and said it would make it bang. She wrote everything on a card. I was told my wig would be ready in a little over a week. It two 3 weeks and that was with my calling twice weekly and speaking to her assistant. I did a $210 deposit, as well as a $30 consult fee. When I arrived I looked around for my wig excitedly. When I sat in her chair she asked me was I excited. I said yeah until I saw the end product. It was a cheap version of hair with a poorly sewed on lace front. There was no color in it period. Her response was we didn't discuss color. A lie. I was disappointed and reached out to her several days later to discuss the situation. The cheap glue attached to the lace was pathetic,itched, the hair shed and smelled and it looked cheap. Although sewed on it kept moving. I asked her to do it over and got straight attitude and no offer to. I paid a total of $582. I wore it 10 days and put it away. Lol, several days ago, I got an email saying ready for your next visit. Really? Disappointed in Maryland.
