I had a great experience here working with Jon! He’s approachable, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable - I always walk into healthcare settings hoping to feel seen and heard, and this place absolutely delivers on that hope. 10/10!

One word. Awesome. Very well run office with excellent Physical Therapists that have above average tools in their tools kit, so to speak, to cater to your personal needs.

First time using a chiropractor -- I was impressed with how much Dr. Brian talked through my pain, habits, and lifestyle before the hands-on exam. I came out feeling lighter and less kinked up than before. Appreciate the guidance, and the staff are all friendly. Would return.

As a yogi/acrobat who’s had more than my fair share of injuries, I’ve seen many PTs and chiropractors in the DMV over the past decade. None have matched the quality of care, professionalism, and compassion that Jon and his team provide at CNMR.

I first came to CNMR five years ago for a chiropractic appointment with Brian, who helped me through a herniated disc— even fitting me in during an emergency when I was in severe pain. This was the scariest injury I'd ever experienced and Brian's knowledge, kind energy, and patience with my many questions really helped me to feel supported and empowered throughout my healing process. Later, he also successfully diagnosed and treated some mysterious chronic neck pain that I’d been struggling with.

More recently, I’ve had the privilege of working with Jon, whose passion for his craft is immediately evident and infectious. He is highly skilled but also deeply compassionate, and places real emphasis on communication and trust which creates a genuine sense of collaboration with patients. It’s no surprise that everyone I’ve met at CNMR clearly respects and admires him—He has a rare gift for drawing out each person’s strengths and supporting them toward meaningful outcomes in their recovery, especially when chronic pain is involved.

On top of all that, the clinic itself has a warm, welcoming energy. The whole team brings care and even playfulness to the often difficult work of rehabilitation and that sets it apart. If you’re dealing with injuries, chronic pain, or movement limitations—or simply want to restore and improve your quality of life—CNMR is the place to go. You’ll be treated as an individual, not a number, and the results will speak for themselves. Thanks everyone!

I’ve been going to CNMR for physical therapy for several months now. I have a neurological condition that required brain surgery this summer, and Juhi has been an invaluable part of my care team. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, skilled, and personable.

After surgery, it took several weeks before I could sleep in my own bed again or turn my neck enough to feel safe driving. Juhi has helped me tremendously. While I still have a ways to go, it feels incredible to have made enough progress to sleep comfortably, get well-rested, and feel confident in my ability to drive again.

I have been with CNMR for more than 3 years, worked with multiple people within the team and they are all amazing, and also helped me through my pregnancy, they are so good that I introduced my husband as well, they care for your health and are very professional. Thank you Jon, Brian, Nate and Susan!

I have been going to CNMR on and off since they first opened with a single PT. Jon Kula the owner is excellent and has built an amazing team. I currently see Dr. Jordan McIntyre and he has helped me come back from an injury, got me running again and is helping me back build strength. Jordan is great and knows his stuff.

I’ve been dealing with a complicated shoulder issue for over 10 years. I’ve seen numerous orthopedic specialists and tried a bunch of different physical therapy clinics along the way (as well as chiropractors etc.), but none of them made lasting progress. While my issue isn’t fully resolved (yet), I do feel like we’re finally making meaningful, steady progress.

What really sets this place apart is the level of care and intellectual curiosity my physical therapist brings to each session. He doesn’t just follow a generic protocol—he listens carefully, adjusts his approach based on what’s working, and is clearly committed to understanding the nuances of my condition. That kind of thoughtful, problem-solving mindset is rare and refreshing.

If you’re dealing with something complex and haven’t had much luck elsewhere, I’d definitely recommend giving this place a shot. It’s a practice where you’ll be taken seriously and treated with real intention.

This is one of if not the best physical therapy establishment I've used in the DMV. Jon and his team are skilled at and compassionate about their work. I worked with Jon and Juhi and can say that they are some of the best you can get in DC. Their knowledge, techniques, and dedication to healing are remarkable. Both worked on my knee injury and I can say that it is much better than it's been in years, considering I saw other therapists prior to seeing them. I highly recommend CNMR for all your movement disorders and disabilities, to improve or restore the function and quality of your life.
