Cathedral Barber Shop

First time in Washington DC, and I was looking for a good barber. May was so nice and gave me the best haircut I have ever had. No machine, old-school scissors! I recommend this place and especially May to everyone who is looking for a nice haircut.

I've gotten my, as well as my children's, haircuts here for over a year now. Try and May are friendly, professional, and very capable. My toddler got his first haircut here when he turned one, and they've made him so comfortable that now he sits in my lap without any complaints while getting a haircut. They also styled my daughter's hair beautifully. Cannot recommend them enough!

I was visiting my daughter in DC. Walked a mile up Ordway for the exercise. Without an appointment, I walked in. May took care of me. Listen up men. I'm 63 & let my hair go like I was 70. By the time she was done. I looked 49 and thinner. She got the best tip I ever gave a barber! Please stop my and tell her Minneapolis says 'Hi'.
