Okay I truly do not know where the bad reviews of this place are coming from. Maybe their staff used to be different? All I know is, I've been having a lot of skin difficulties and was looking for a new regiment. After reading the bad reviews, I was prepared to go in and know what I was looking for but that didnt end up being necessary at all. As soon as I walked in, Dawn (one of the salsewomen) came over to help me out. We got to talking and we had a lot of the same views on skincare. I like this BlueMercury the best out of the 3 I've been to in the DMV area. An employee was so helpful walking me through several of the natural products, and when I had questions about La Mer she was happy to help there, too. I wandered around the store for a while and ended up purchasing more than I walked in for thanks to her wonderful suggestions! When I asked about eye masks at the checkout, they gave me free samples to try. They even called me when their 20% off event was happening!

This location is close to my house so I frequent it. Reggie gives fantastic customer service and it always very upbeat and peppy. There are other sales staff who may be more knowledgeable but could probably use some tweaks to their customer service approach. Blue Mercury carries the best products.
