The staff and doctors are exceptionally professional, friendly, kind, welcoming, and courteous. They thoroughly explain procedures and post-treatment care, ensuring clients feel completely at ease and not rushed. Treatments like the PRP facial, Botox, Dysport injections, micro-needling with exosomes, and weight loss programs are effective and have amazing outcomes. Patients report minimal pain, great results, glowing and well-hydrated skin that looks and feels amazing. With great prices and a professional, safe environment, it is a highly recommended favorite spa in the DMV area.
UPDATE – August 2026: I’m now a repeat client and wanted to update my review after coming back to BellaSpa for a different treatment. I had a hydrafacial with Olga. She knows her stuff! She did a thorough review of my skin noting dryness, areas with melasma and gave me directives on how to further treat my rosacea. The facial itself was super gentle and left my skin glowing.
