Unreliable and unprofessional. I had a confirmed booking for a major graduation shoot. She only informed me she wasn't working 48 hours before the event because I reached out to her first to ask how to prep my face... she apparently forgot it was Mother's Day. No apology was given, just a dismissive excuse. Do not trust her for your important milestones.
