Baylee has given me literally the best haircuts I’ve ever had in my life. She makes me feel listened to, and she gives very transparent and honest information including expectations for styling time, what will best suit my hair type, and cost. I asked in my most recent appointment about transitioning to gray and she took the time to ask why I was looking for the change and to walk through the different paths we could take to achieve the result I was looking for. She also went through time/number of visits needed, how each option would affect my hair health, and cost.
