First time customer, before Pandemic. Was last minute visit and they were accommodating, considering I didn't have an appointment. Turns out an old family friend works their, but wasn't there that day. But everyone was very kind and accommodating. Thou they did forget about me at the wash area. But another stylist passing thru saw that I was there a but longer than I should of and she finished me up and got me back to my stylist to sort out my mess. The shampoo girl did run out to catch up with me and sincerely apologized and 1/2 a block, she was refusing it but you know I tipped her, nearly had to stuff it down her shirt! OMG. I've been going to Alanya for 7 years and have never had a bad cut or color. Cevat is super skilled, fast, responsive, and reliable. I know when I walk in -- as I do every 5-6 weeks given my short haircut - that I will leave with a cut and color I love.

Amazing shampoo before your hair cut. Everyone here is really pleasant and welcoming. However the guy who cuts your hair really doesn't know how to cut men's hair. Went here cause they opened early. Next time, if you're a guy wait till the barber shop next door opens
